A Seafarer's Tale
~ Coming June 2023 ~

Where are the Sailors,
That history use to know,
Strong, Stout, Rugged mates,
That knew how the sails blow.
Are They grounded on the Shallows,
Or lost below the thirsting waves,
Have they cast their courage earned,
Or become stranded beneath an ocean's grave.

Only those who have lived a life at sea,
Can feel the taunting of this rugged life,
Through hopeful times or mournful strife,
To know the feeling when the lines are cast,
Then thrust upon the ocean vast.
